Refund policy

**1. General Provisions**
Due to the nature of the goods we offer (digital content not supplied on a tangible medium), specific rules for withdrawal from the purchase agreement and refunds apply to purchases in our online store.

We understand that technology can fail. We issue refunds or provide replacement files only in the following verifiable cases:

* Due to technical reasons on our side, you were not granted access to the product even after payment.

**4. Unjustified Refund Requests**
